We are pleased to help and are constantly improving ways to do so. We are a small business, and we'd like to give you the personalized service you deserve. Whether you need to know if something is in stock, see how a saddle pad will look on a bay, or if you'd like someone around your height and weight to try things on and take pictures (yes, we've done this!) We're happy to help (and embarrass ourselves) however and whenever we can. 

Day-to-day operations run on Eastern Standard time. We don't use any robots, so our response time may be sluggish in the wee hours of the morning. However, if we're up, we'll get back to you ASAP!
